I went here for lash extensions they were done completely wrong By Kelly.The lashes were glued right to my eye lid and ripped all of my natural lashes off. I had rashes on my eyelid and they ripped skin off. I reached out to Kelly to get them fixed or a refund and she ignored me. I reached out again and was ignored again. I went to request my money back and she blocked me really irresponsible and not professional. I would never recommend this salon to anyone just based off of the sketchy eyelash extensions being done in the basement. Turns out she also did not have her eyelash extensions license. She also claims that she does celebrities lashes. I could have gone blind from this service and her inexperience.
