My go to nail spa changed their hours so I was in need of a new one. I walked in and was greeted with almost annoyed tone of “can I help you?”… and when I specified what I would like, I was answered in a happy tone of that they were fully booked and sorry. The very apparent sign was for me to leave. I wasn’t even offered to book something on another date. If you look a little different like I do, be prepared to be treated like a lesser human and not up to their standards. As an independent contractor from New York, and an independent businesswoman, I would never treat anyone like that and expect any kind of future business or repeat business and I found it completely deplorable. I rarely write reviews but when it comes to treating people like objects and that they are not even good enough to step foot in your salon, that’s ridiculous and something that people need to know so they stay away. So if you’d like to try out the salon I would find somewhere else.

Laura’s Nail Salon is hands down the best nail salon in Knoxville. The ladies that work there are so friendly – when you walk in, you feel like you are part of the family. My nail appointment is a twice monthly pick-me-up. Thank you, Laura’s Nails, for being awesome.
