I was able to walk in and get my hair cut immediately upon entering. The down side is my hair was cut dry, no shampoo or even spritzing it with water. It was cut much shorter than requested (it’s hair, it will grow back) and the flat iron was used to try to cover that (my hair has a lot of body). She was nice enough. I haven’t had my hair professionally cut in several years so I had sticker shock when she said $35.00 JUST FOR A CUT! No wash or dry, nothing extra, except her straightening my hair when she finished. Everything has gone up and I wasn’t ready to hear $35.00. That’s what happens when you don’t get out and go places! I’d go back to her, not a terrible experience. Just not what I was used to in the past. God Bless…..

If there were an option for zero stars I’d put that . I showed the lady what I wanted was a shoulder length hair cut I ended up leaving with a horrible butch bob cut . The lady’s that were in the salon were both rude and unprofessional. The lady who cut my hair done what she wanted and never took what I wanted into consideration!! Will NEVER go there AGAIN

It’s rare to find a good hair cut. This is the best one I’ve found in baytown. A little bit of a language barrier because they speak Spanish, but well worth it
