I’m Laura Nicole and I’m so proud to be a licensed massage therapist & Reiki practitioner in beautiful Wilmington, NC! This is not just any massage. My blend of Swedish and deep tissue massage, along with some cooperative breathing, allows for the highest level of healing. My intention is for all who come to my table, to have a unique experience, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. Reiki, reflexology, and hot stone sessions are amazing ways to spend part of your day. I just want everyone to feel better. Gift certificates and on-site chair massage are also available. Hot Stone Massage
A full body therapeutic massage with the added benefits of smooth heated basalt stones. Incredibly relaxing.
Reflexology
The application of pressure to acupressure points on the feet, helping to create a feeling of balance and relaxation.
Therapeutic Massage
Includes several massage techniques including Swedish, stretching, deep breathing, and heat for ultimate muscle relaxation
On-Site chair massage
I’ll bring my portable massage chair to your event or place of business.
VibroAcoustic Therapy
Sound and vibration heal. 15 minutes in the VTS-1000 creates a sense of peace within body and mind.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a soothing technique which encourages lymph to flow through your system faster to alleviate edema
Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage
Moms-to-be need special care, and massage in the 2nd & 3rd trimester is a great help. It’s a therapeutic massage with a twist! Side-lying position, a semi-recumbent table, and hot stones allow the client to feel comfortable, pampered, and honored.
Bowsage
Several small movements with a 2 minute break between sequences help calm the nervous system. Typically 3 – 6 thirty minute sessions over 2 weeks will correct many disorders.
Ear Candling
A lit ‘candle’ creates a vacuum that removes excess wax and debris while you relax and get lost in the sound of the flame.
