With a background in hair color education, I am constantly educating myself in the latest color techniques. Balayage, babylights, highlights, color melting, and shadow roots are my favorites currently. I am proud to offer Organic hair color for those who are interested in a holistic hair experience.

I have been going to Laura for over 7 years and I could not be happier with her care. As others have said, her knowledge and skill is unparalleled. When I first started seeing her I was so frustrated with my curls. I would come in asking her to shave them off and just go really short (that would look terrible on me by the way). I owned more products than I could ever use that were supposed to take away frizz, make my curls shine, give them perfect shape…. You know the drill as you have bought them all yourselves. What I was missing in my hair care routine was Laura and someone who knew how to truly cut curly hair and not just put layers in (I do not miss the pyramid grow out). What I enjoy the most about Laura is that she is very honest about what would truly compliment your own natural beauty and helps you enhance it. I have recently moved almost an hour away, but she is worth the drive!

Best hair dresser I’ve seen for curly hair on the west side of Cleveland, and I met with quite a few. Her consultation lasted an hour and she really listened to me. Critical: ProfessionalismLaura Newton is very unprofessional. I arrived at her salon 15 minutes early and instead of texting I called her from my car when I arrived. I waited and she did not call me back. I finally went in the salon approximately 15 minutes after my appointment and she said that she could not take me because I was late. I showed her on my phone that I did, in fact, try to call her. Two weeks after that transpired… she sends me a text…. not even professional enough to call me, saying that she doesn’t think she’s a good fit for me and she basically stated she will no longer do my hair. I did have to cancel an appointment prior to my April 16th appointment due to the fact I was exposed to Covid. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional conduct. She did not even have the decency to call me directly and discuss her issue with me. I’m a professional working woman and if I have an issue with anyone….. I pick up the phone and speak directly to that individual and always work it out. She has lost my business as well as my friends and family. Laura Newton is very unprofessional. I arrived at her salon 15 minutes early and instead of texting I called her from my car when I arrived. I waited and she did not call me back.
