Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy hair is in pretty bad shape after I had an appointment yesterday, I would not recommend going here for getting your hair dyed. The lady is pretty snobby and made several comments about my hair before and after she fried it. I wanted ombre and got orange and blonde patches all over my head, any hair dresser also knows ombré doesn’t go right on your scalp only the ends… now I have to go elsewhere to fix it. She used to wrong bowl on my friends hair and got black/ dark brown near her roots when she just wanted her money pieces blended nothing else. Just don’t go here. My hair is in pretty bad shape after I had an appointment yesterday, I would not recommend going here for getting your hair dyed. The lady is pretty snobby and made several comments about my hair before and after she fried it. Her hair came out fried and had 3 different colors to it and had patches left every where. I wanted money pieces blended and my hair came out so bad…we both wanted to cry. They ruined a poor woman’s hair in numerous ways and have absolutely destroyed her experience and made her fear stepping outside, let alone doing it again. Do not E V E R go to this place. These people somehow got cosmetology licenses without being able to properly dye hair. They’ve destroyed her hair and it’s disgusting.
