This was not my first Brazilian wax, but it was for sure the least painful one Laura didn’t have to go over any areas twice and removed everything.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAfter seeing all of the 5 star reviews, I couldn’t wait for my appointment with Laura. Sadly, I ended up leaving before she even started. She was 30 minutes late(I wasn’t even upset about that because I was the last appointment of the day). But she walked up to me and started talking about COVID restrictions returning, then-as she pointed where I should sit-she continued to lecture me on the evils of the COVID-19 vaccination and why she will not get it. Even then I was just waiting -almost 10 more minutes just listening to her and waiting for her to introduce herself and see what I was there for. She informed me that I would have to go to the front desk if I was paying with a credit card. As I left the room, she asked me what my name was. She didn’t even know who her client was or what I was there for. I just kept walking to the car.
