Asked for a haircut above the shoulder and she cut it above the ears, now I am no longer a long hair , I just a guy with messy hair from the 80’s, and to top it off very bad customer service, she showed no remorse and was not apologetic at all and even told me short hair looks better on me than long!!! She basically decided for me how to cut my own hair!!!!
