I only had one good experience this place is extremely unprofessional especially MARISOL. Always rescheduling not letting clients know of cancellations due to “car issues” also I had a bad experience where she over cut and I could walk for days and got an infection luckily never happened again but have to be very specific to not over cut . Very unprofessional and 1/5 times have I been seen on time for my appointment extremely unprofessional. I don’t recommend. No ay punto en aser sita te cancelan o asen cita y mandan a decir llegar mas temprano siempre es algo con aser cita con esa person specificament y me cuelga después de no dejar saber que me cancelo y buena cosa que yo llame antes de conducer 30 min para mi cita para perder el tiempo y gasolina .

The staff are friendly but wow do they curse alot. The owner I believe is always yelling at the employee’s. It to overcrowded. They don’t sterilize things. Ugh never going back there again.

Critical: QualityHad my appointment scheduled for 1:30, which they ended up receiving me around 2. On the phone they had originally told me $35 for my acrylic set. Midway through the lady working on my nails left me there for 20 minutes straight. Since the beginning it had been sloppy and rushed. I got plain white with no designs or anything special, which came out to a total of $60. Usually i pay $40 for my nails which are better done and have so muchmore designs. Came to this place 3 times. Prices are high and service is horrible. 1st time fine. 2nd time had to pay for a service I didn’t request and they always expect a tip. 3rd time had to wait even tho I had an appt. Last time I called in advance for an appt we agreed on and then the chick said I had to be there earlier even though I had elaborated I had work initially, after nails. So never again.

I do not recommend this location for SNS as they only have a handful of colors. In addition, they use a spray nail glue which I believe may have weakened my nails, as one nail broke and two others cracked. This never occurred in the other salons I went to.
