I had a single process hair color done. No highlights or anything special. When I first asked Remedios what the price would be she said $65. Then she asked if I just wanted my roots colored or all of my hair. I said I wanted the color all over. She said that might cost a little more. I asked her how much more. She was said not too much just a little more (my bad for not getting a specific price from her). She did a good job coloring my hair. When I went to pay my bill she charged me $120! I said “That is a lot. You said it would just be a little more”. She said “you think that’s a lot well maybe I will charge you $200!”. I was in shock and couldn’t believe what was happening and that she just spoke to me like that! I am in town from time to time for my job and they just lost a possible repeat customer. I also know a lot of other flight attendants who stay at the hotel near the salon and would never refer anyone to this salon after what happened to me and how I was treated. Not smart business!!!

Horrible experience. The first time I went to this salon I wanted my hair trimed and styled, nothing crazy, just regular blow dry. Mercedes who was the person who did it went back and forth from one prize to another. It was going to be either $65-70 dollars which was way more than I am used to paying at any salon I have been to, but since I wanted someone who is Latino and understands my hair type I was ok with it. Then I go a second time just to do my hair, again nothing crazy, just wash it and blow dry it. I was charged $60 dollars. I am soooo disappointed. They can do so much better, but they are tricking people with their prizes, and they are managing that salon so poorly.
