One stop for the whole family. The prices are amazing. I’m use to paying triple the price plus bad service. Not here. The staff are sweet and they truly take care of you. My husband use to drive out to Antioch for a cut but not any more. A total hidden gem.

I got my hair dyed and cut and she did it exactly how I wanted it! She may be busy but she knows what she’s doing. I expressed my many concerns about trimming my hair but keeping the length, she listened really well and paid attention to my needs. Now my hair looks super healthy. I would only trust Veronica to do my hair from now on!

My experience was awful. I set up an appointment and I arrived 20 minutes earlier just to be safe. When it was time for my turn they took another person instead of me. I waited 20 more minutes and they finished that person. The owner walked over and took a different person. I was so intrigued that I said I was waiting and I had an appointment. She said she knew but I had to wait. I couldn’t believe it. I wasted over an 1 hr for nothing. I ended up leaving because I was going to be late for a party.

The people who run this business are very unprofessional, i have had multiple bad experiences with this shop! The last bad experience was the worst, i had an appointment with the owner and when i arrive for my appointment i am told that the lady had a last minute thing and she had to leave… that she migth be coming back within the hour. So i decide to leave my number so they can call me back to reschedule, i never got a call! It always seems like they are not caring of certain peoples needs! They don’t prioritize nor do they have the common sense to call their customers to cancel appointments..!? Everytime im in there it gives me the feeling that they dont care about the customers, in the end if they loose 1 or 2 customers they still will have hundreds more to come! This is not how a business is ran, so these people should get some kind of customer service training prior to opening a hair establishment. Will not be returning!
