I want to thank Latina Med spa for their amazing customer service. My whole adult life I’ve dealt with acne scaring from my teenage years and in all honesty there was nothing working to reduce it. Michelle (Michi) from Latina Med Spa recommended I try their facials and thankfully it was the best thing I could’ve invested in. We highly recommend this location our consultant Michi was excellent and guided us every step of the way, she always answered our questions through text and on Instagram and was always giving us advice and me and my sister were both very nervous at first but she made us feel better at the he end the girls there were very friendly and the massage girls were all a blessing! We loved Doctor G’s work and will get in contact with Michi for round 2 BBL in a year or so

I highly recommend Latína med spa, the staff and their surgery center team. I recently had my Submental liposuction and I can honestly say that my overall experience was great. From the day of consultation up until the day of surgery, everyone was friendly and very professional. I would definitely consider Latina Med Spa for any future surgeries I may have. Love how they treated me like family & made me feel so safe,came here with 20pounds of stomach,no butt at all nor hips & huge back rolls work up with all of it gone,i really feel like they worked wonders on me,MICHI is so sweet she answered all my questions and made me feel like everything was going to be ok,they kept in touch often to make sure i was recovering well,second time i did my chin lipo,loved the results and the massages are the best i travel 5 hours just for my massages lip fillers,and body work,so worth it…tere is amazing and so are all the girls at the front desk.

I had a bbl done through Latina Med Spa on March 2nd. I went in for a consultation and the same day I felt rushed to book. I was confident in my doctor so I was ok with booking but I felt like I wanted just a little more time to just go over everything. This was my first time doing this procedure and I didn’t know all the specifics going into it. When I went to book I had to put a $1000 deposit. I asked if I can see the “contract” prior to sending my deposit just so I know what I was getting into. The girl at the front would not give me the contract until after I zelled my $1000 deposit. That made me feel a little uncomfortable. Communication is not something this office has. I feel like they focus on social media rather then making the patients feel confident and secure. They book appointments for me without calling me and notifying me. I’ll get a text saying I have an appointment on this day and this time. Or they move my appointments up earlier and never called me to discuss. Since I’m only a few days post op and can’t drive I obviously have to work around someone else’s schedule. I called them today to ask why my appointment was moved up with no communication and the lady who answered stated “they should be calling you”. I went in for my first massage the day after my surgery and no one told me how to prepare or what to expect and since I drive 2 plus hours depending on traffic I didn’t have time to eat a big breakfast since I left my house at 6:00 am and because of that I got really dizzy during my massage. The lady told me that someone was suppposed to call me and go over with me that I should be eating a big meal 30 mins prior to help. They also did not go over pricing with me prior. After my massage and then giving me 10 different things they “highly recommend” I was left spending almost $500. When I asked the lady who did my massage she said “they didn’t go over how much the massages were?” I was trying to ask questions about my results and what I should expect after and I got a one word answer. When I sent in my remaining deposit and my Covid test I asked them fo respond back confirming they received it so I had no issues. No one responded. The day before they call me and are asking me for it and asking me to send it to a cell phone number and another email. The girls are not that friendly and everything is very rushed. I like my doctor but I would not recommend this specific facility. It is not worth the travel or the money to come to them. Apart of me regrets my decision to go to this facility.

Ladies please!!!! Do your research. Do not come here. I had my Breast done by dr g. and I regret it deeply!!! I feel even more insecure than I did before. I previously had my breast done before coming here and wanted to change the size and profile so I came here asking for a HIGH profile and more Cc’z. In my consultation the dr assured me we can achieve the look I wanted. He said he would do 650cc saline with high profile. I came out the operating room with only 575cc and my breast looking even lower than they did before! I tried calling to explain my concerns and the dr made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He said they were high profile but I can clearly see they are not, I’m a very small girl and my breast just look saggy at this point. I would never go back nor recommend this place.Now I have to live with this until I can afford to have them redone.
