Latina Diva Salon is one of the best Salons around. Owner Leticia Cuin is passionate about her job ! She does excellent work and cares for her customers! She strives for perfection and pleasing the needs of any customer! She did my wife’s hair and I have to say not only was my wife pleased, but so was I ! She did an excellent job of transforming my wife’s hair into a beautiful transformation! Her expertise is unmatched! She not only is a great stylist, but is also very pleasant and enjoyable! She made us welcome and we felt at home in her Salon. We laughed and joked and it made the time pass. Before we knew it, she had finished. Wow, what a great time we had just getting my wife’s hair done ! Her employee, and other hair stylist, Kensy, was just as friendly and helpful as Leticia. Thank you Latina Diva, Leticia and Kensy, for making my wife happy ( and in the long run, me too !). Kudos to you both !

This salon is full of empty promises, I came in for a consultation to ensure what I wanted was attainable and I was assured that it was. I came here thinking I was in good hands because of the great reviews on Yelp and Google and my overall experience was everything but good. I asked to go from black to a light brown almost blondish balayage and I got copper hair that is horribly blended. Don’t get me wrong the color is fine but I don’t appreciate looking like my roots grew out when I paid for a well blended dye job. After mentioning that to her she said “not it looks great” and sent me on my way. Two days later after receiving tons of feedback on how poorly blended my hair looked I called back to see if she could just dye it all the same color instead, she said yes but she would have to charge me! -So let me get this straight!? I pay $226.00 dollars to get something I didn’t ask for, I tip you $30.00 dollars and when I want you to fix your own mistake you expect me to pay ANOTHER $226.00 dollars! What happened to making things right? or delivering on what you promised? This place has shown me that they could care less about their customers. It’s mostly disappointing because I was hoping to give this salon another chance and possibly be a recurring customer however, after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully they read this review and grow as a business because you don’t treat your paying customers the way I was treated. Her is the picture (on the left) I showed her at the consultation that she assured me she could do. The Pictures on the right are POST Latina Diva Beauty Salon! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Save your money and your time.
