Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been coming to this salon for two years now and was only paying $45 sometime $50dollars not more every visit and now all of us sudden her pay goes up $40 more dollars for a wash and blow dry which was $80 for me the past two years I have never paid that much for a wash and blow dry I have always paid 45 to $50 she also charged my kids $45 for a four year old another $45 for a nine-year-old for a wash and cut which is a ridiculous high price she took advantage of me being a customer for her two years now and now she have lost a customer I would never go back to her ever again and I would never suggest anyone to her ever again bad customer service unfair to customers I’m very disappointed she should’ve told me about her going up $40 on her prices. Just got my hair done with the owner Ana. She cut and blow-dry my hair.. came out beautifully. She also cut my 3 year old son hair… Not only was she patient with him but did an amazing job. Will be returning..

I went here in June and got a relaxer (I have gotten them before my hair is very strong) after being natural for about 4 years. She left the relaxer on my neck and noticed it after washing it out of my hair, she sprayed it with water and wiped it with a towel (rubbing it in) it burned so bad, i had scabs within the next couple of days. When I went back to her and showed her she tried to tell me I have a sensitive scalp and that’s how relaxers work. I would never go to her and wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I called and asked if they did natural hair. They said yes but I was a bit suspicious cause when I walk in they had no idea how to cut my hair cause they saw it was just a big old Afro. But guess I was wrong, they cut my hair so well! And the ladies were so so so nice. Definitely will come back again in the future.

Worst salon I have ever been to ! She over bleached my hair. I went in for a rose gold and came out with a grey than she added black to my hair to cover the grey. Than she tried to charge me $135 for the damage …. The owner did this to my hair by the way. You can see the before and after looks. My hair won’t curl it’s so burnt.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. My mother and I went into this place. We have been before with the previous owner and paid 11$ each for karetin treatment on top of the haircut price. We have just left this same place with the new owner and she was horrific. It says on a board outside 50$ for the same ( karetin) treatment. And then the price of the hair cut on top of it. My mother and I both received a shampoo, karetin treatment and cut. After it was done (which by the way she didn’t do what we wanted AT ALL!!!!!! ) she tells us it is 300$!!!! I said are u out of your mind!?!? She says to us it’s 50$ by the ounce!!!! And that it’s cheap compared to other places! I said this is insane. She claims it’s on the board and everything but it is not!!!! She never told us this before hand either. She told us after everything was done that it was by the ounce. Not too mention she is unprofessional and the place is disgusting. She only speaks Spanish and not a word of English. Needless to say I did not pay 300$ and I was generous enough to leave a tip that she did not deserve!!!! Never go here. You will waste money and receive a horrible experience. By far the worst hair place to go to.
