Critical: QualityI been going to this place for the past 10 years, they messed up my hair few times, but not very bad. But today , she messed up my son’s hair very bad . I couldn’t even recognize my son after that hair cut, the lady has no clue what she is doing. Worst case was, one of her co worker explained to her very well about his hair cut. She didn’t even realize her mistake and keep on arguing about what she did. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. They charged $ 14 for that bad hair cut. I been going to this place for the past 10 years, they messed up my hair few times, but not very bad. But today , she messed up my son’s hair very bad . I couldn’t even recognize my son after that hair cut, the lady has no clue what she is doing. Worst case was, one of her co worker explained to her very well about his hair cut. Critical: ProfessionalismThe stylist Esthela is AMAZING, such a wonderful happy, friendly and professional person. She will do as you ask for with love and patience. She cut my hair and i was very happy with the service she provided me. However the Owner is a rude ugly person, she turned the volume of the TV very loud as i was talking to the stylist and when my cut was done i handed the tip for my stylist she told me to give it directly to her in a very nasty rude tone. Shes very unprofessional as she was on the phone while talking to me. She is very LUCKY to have ESTHELA as her employee because she truly doesn’t deserve people like this. She cut my hair and i was very happy with the service she provided me. Critical: CleanlinessBy FAR the WORST haircut I’ve ever had. Now I’m bald. Didn’t give me what I asked for at ALL!!! I didn’t even get her name, but she should have her cosmetology license taken away. She listened to nothing I said.
