Critical: Professionalism, ValueAlex from Lather SalonSpammed my Instagram page, with great comments and likes, quickly messaged me promoting the Conditioner and blowout with 2 finishing productsBut quickly turned the switch and became rude with me , after Alex offered the conditioner treatment and blowout. I shared I have my own hair treatment and I hand make my own shampoos and conditioners myself after a very bad experience with my hair, I shared with Alex I’m not in need of any treatment because I finally found what works for me and it’s healthy I make it myself I’m fixing an experienced hair dressers mistake that left my hair ruined. I thank Alex and wished Alex the best of luck and I even gave the complaint back and yes I do see that this conditioner treatment seems to work and look great for everyone else and I knowledge Alex’s Talent.
