Critical: ProfessionalismI called as a bald cancer patient to inquire about getting bangs cut on my wig and 1 inch removed from the bottom, a fairly easy “cut.” The receptionist with the most rude tone as if she were not only in a hurry decided to treat me as if I were an inconvenience. Shy of yelling, LOUDLY over-stated “we DON’T do THAT here!” and disconnected the line on me.Stylists. You learn on wigs while you’re in school and this is a basic task that most should be able to do. Turning away clientele should not be within practice standards.Clearly, if this place cannot offer basic customer care – then should they be approaching your head with shears? Buyer beware. I called as a bald cancer patient to inquire about getting bangs cut on my wig and 1 inch removed from the bottom, a fairly easy “cut.” The receptionist with the most rude tone as if she were not only in a hurry decided to treat me as if I were an inconvenience. I wanted Rainbow hair and Alice, my stylist, did not dissapoint. I had to go from dark brown roots to blonde to rainbow and Alice did it with such care, my hair feels so much healthier than it did before I went in there!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new look and will never go anywhere else!!! The way she did the highlights, everytime I style my hair differently the look completely changes!!! I have found my new salon, and stylist FOR SURE. I visted Lather Lounge for the first time yesterday, and had the most AMAZING experience. I wanted Rainbow hair and Alice, my stylist, did not dissapoint. I had to go from dark brown roots to blonde to rainbow and Alice did it with such care, my hair feels so much healthier than it did before I went in there!!!
