Walked in for my appointment for a beard trim and haircut, was about 5 minutes early. They asked me if I had a mask and I said no, haven’t worn one in months because 99% of places don’t require it anymore, not to mention how tf am I supposed to get my beard trimmed with a mask on…they told me I couldn’t get service without a mask. Whatever, their business their decision I don’t care. I left to find somewhere else, then about 30 min later I get a text saying I am being charged a 50% fee for “no call no show” but in reality I didn’t get a haircut there because they want to be covid Karens when we all know that’s been over for a while. Also, 55 bucks for a hair cut and beard trim is ridiculous. On the bright side, I found a much cheaper place that doesn’t require masks and they do a great job.
