I booked a gel fill with a dry (Russian) manicure and gel pedicure. I routinely get this process at home with 1 nail tech. L’Atelier Secrets set me up with 3 techs, two of whom repeated gel removal. I was then charged for a full set instead of a fill. Not even 1 week later, a broken nail. No response to my request for a repair appointment. Pedicure was fine.
