She was completely honest when talking about how light we could go with my hair, and did everything she could to keep it feeling healthy! I definitely need to go in for another session in a month or two to get my hair to the right colour.. but I highly recommend her to anyone needing a new stylist! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Nikki was so sweet and easy to work with. She was completely honest when talking about how light we could go with my hair, and did everything she could to keep it feeling healthy! I definitely need to go in for another session in a month or two to get my hair to the right colour.. but I highly recommend her to anyone needing a new stylist! Critical: Quality, ValueI was very unhappy because I had lot of gray hair and specifically asked them to get that cover and to note paid extra money to cover the gray hair. Part of my hair was not colored and I thought she will color them later but did not get it colored. Was told it will blend in with other colored hair. When I went home first thing my husband commented how come you still have gray hair. After spending close to $400 and I did not get good comments from family and friends and they all noticed the gray hair and it was very obvious. I called the salon to see if this can be fixed and I was told Emily Will call me back and she never did. I called twice and gave up. I was very unhappy because I had lot of gray hair and specifically asked them to get that cover and to note paid extra money to cover the gray hair.
