Critical: Quality, ValueI’m highly disappointed in the quality/results of my nails. One of my nails broke two days after getting them done. They look chipped and are already separating from my real nails. I’ve never had dip nails before and never will again. They told me they could make my nail look like the picture and they look nothing like the picture and they charge me more then they said it would cost!!!! I was told it would be $45 +2 for travel, however they charged me $50. My I could’ve done this myself . The nail tech was nice and I did tell her I didn’t like my nails because I wanted them to look like my normal nails which was the picture I provided when making the appointment. I’m highly disappointed in the quality/results of my nails. One of my nails broke two days after getting them done. They look chipped and are already separating from my real nails. I’ve never had dip nails before and never will again. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy husband surprised me with this randomly because I’m pregnant and really doesn’t want me in crowded nail salons, needles to say my experience was awesome. Keesha was so down to earth, humble, and kept up a great conversation. She was able to squeeze in my daughter on her schedule even though I know she was probably booked up. My nails came out great and I’m very pleased with the end result. My husband surprised me with this randomly because I’m pregnant and really doesn’t want me in crowded nail salons, needles to say my experience was awesome. Keesha was so down to earth, humble, and kept up a great conversation. She was able to squeeze in my daughter on her schedule even though I know she was probably booked up. Critical: PunctualityMy appointment which I made about a week agowas estimated to be between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. I called to confirm and make sure she had all the correct information when she hadn’t gotten here at 11 a.m. .
