I went to Lashz for eyebrow extensions. I didn’t need much done and ended up getting very little extensions added and mostly tint. Too much tint. Looked like a clown. The tint applied mostly to skin wore off pretty quickly which was a good thing, but once the tint was gone and the very few extensions I did get fell off (which began happening later the day they were applied) I was left with the eyebrows I went in with. After paying a good sum of money, and leaving a generous tip (which is my nature), I can’t say that I was satisfied one bit. Add to that the fact that I traveled over an hour total to go this place. Extremely disappointed, I contacted the studio to let them know I would not return for the fill in (which was included in the overall price) and requested a refund just for the fill in as I did not expect to return for it. Frankly, given the poor quality of the work, I should have asked for a full refund but I did not. The studio refused to refund me the small portion which would have been for the fill in, work that they did not and would not perform! You would think they would have been more accommodating and exercised better customer relations. Very disappointing experience with both the quality of the services rendered and the customer relations. Would not recommend.

What a great experience! I went after work to get eyelash extensions and after making me comfortable, Mary Ellen got started and I fell asleep!! Such a nice shop, that is clean and very relaxing. There was no pressure as to what package to buy and you are given instructions on how to maintain your lashes. I have received endless compliments from family and friends. I definitely will be going back again.

Thank you so much!!! At first I was apprehensive of being out in the open for my treatment, but I got over that very quickly. The technician I had (4-got to ask her name – duh!), was very personable and caring about my comfort. The Town of Madison is not a close jaunt to my home, but it was well worth the drive! I am spreading the word about your establishment!

I only had lash extensions one other time before and that was a disaster due to allergic reaction to the glue and the lashes themselves came out mediocre. So, I was a bit hestitant to try it again but Mary Ellen gave me glue for sensitive eyes and my eyes have been 100% fine with them! She listened to what kind of look I was going for and my lashes came out way better than I even imagined. So happy except I’m afraid I’m hooked now!!

Rude staff. Went for my intro appt and showed up 10 mins late because it was not where I was told on the phone. When I went inside i was told i missed the 15 min grace period even while admitting I came in before being 15 mins late. If a business wants to be that tight on their turnaround time, are they necessarily giving you the best service. Go to Amazing Lash instead.
