Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLong story short, first time going to Lashmii Lash Lounge and sad to say worst experience I’ve ever had. Truly disappointed. I got a full set by Bethany. Had to get them fixed 2 times after I got them within 5 day’s.Pros:- great locationCons:- Unprofessional staff- Place was run down (tears in the tables and card reader held together by tape).- poor training ( informs you not to clean them and rushed service)- poor qualityI had to go in two times to get my lashes fixed. They made me feel uncomfortable and in the wrong by coming back the next day because my lashes were falling out. Note I offered to pay each time, I just wanted them fixed. They didn’t even say hi or talk to me when I came back in. After going back in my lashes were stuck to my skin, a lot of glue was used to the point my eyes were hurting. They looked trashy. My husband said it looked like I had mascara on because their was so much glue.I gave the place more than one chance and they were rude and unprofessional. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKaylee is the best eyelash person I’ve ever had. She is so well educated and knowledgeable with eyelashes. She has even traveled to other countries to learn techniques. Other places would just clump them on and they would always fall off. I’ve even had other people damage my lashes. With Kaylee, I get a fill every 3 weeks and at 3 weeks they still look good! She’s never late, prices are good and services are high quality! My eyelashes always look great and are healthy.
