I found Denise originally through a Groupon last year and I am soooo glad I did. She does incredible work and my lashes last a full two weeks for fills, I could go longer but it’s my preference lol. She is also very knowledgeable about care and products to use to maintain your lashes! First photo is right before getting them redone at the two week mark (natural set) and second is the natural set fill! Third photo is right before getting them redone at the two week mark (volume set) and the fourth is the volume set fill!

I had my lashes done last week. Although the woman was very nice I tried to contact her several times because the lashes are very sparse and there are fewer on my right eye than on my left eye. I have been told that she is very busy and unable to get me in… I am very unhappy and would not recommend them to anyone.

Eye lashes were falling out as soon as I left office. Extensions were Completely gone after only a few days!!!! I called to complain. I got a text message back to apologize and say sometimes the glue doesn’t adhere to lash?? And that everyone is different???

This is going to be a lengthy review but worth the read. Denise started off our session by telling me that my lashes had some mascara residue, not to be seen by the naked eye, so she had me lay down and attempted to clean my lashes with oil, instead of asking me if i could clean them off a little better myself in the bathroom. she applied the lashes (very few of them & not worth the money) i left and went to scheduled my 2 week fill and she was all booked so i had to push it to 3 weeks. Little did i know that one week difference wouldnt of mattered as i had ZERO lashes left on my eyes by end of week 2- so i went in for my scheduled fill knowing i would need a full set. As predicted she agreed and said because they ALL fell off (which she found the weirdest thing) and she can tell i didnt pick them off she agreed to do my full set at 99$ instead of 175$ and as per my Groupon the fill will still be free – i found that fair – even though we agreed it probably had to do with the fact that she applied the lashes knowing i still had some mascara on them. so i scheduled my new fill and 2 week fill (so it wouldnt get pushed to week 3 again) well 5 days after i saw Denise i got a text from her receptionist telling me that they are no longer doing full sets at a discount and my full set would be 175 or i can cancel – we went back and forth as i continued to explain what i mention above – she insisted that as they are now enforcing their policy it pretty much is was it is and they know they will loose some business but they have to enforce the policy – so i said wouldnt it be best to enforce it moving forward and not go back on your word? she didnt agree with that. all in all i will not be going back and do not suggest anyone waste their money on so few lashes that if not applied properly will obviously fall out and then she can charge u full price for a full set even though it was applicator error.
