Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy experience was awful at Lashful. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Purchased a Groupon for $68 for 120 lashes. In addition, it was $25 extra for tax and tip at the salon. My lashes were done on Thursday and by Saturday morning 95% were gone. I contacted to the owner and gave her an opportunity to make it right. She was not interested in doing so and stated I would have to pay to fix it. My experience was awful at Lashful. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Purchased a Groupon for $68 for 120 lashes. In addition, it was $25 extra for tax and tip at the salon. My lashes were done on Thursday and by Saturday morning 95% were gone. I contacted to the owner and gave her an opportunity to make it right. Positive: QualityMy first time there and they were very accommodating! Lisa did my eyelashes and Julie did my nails. Usually the lashes fall out the same day, but mine have stayed on and they look great! Definitely recommend! Will be going back.

My regular tech was on vacation, so i decided to try it out here. Omg, so glad i did ! Went to a party that night, and the compliments were unending !! Its clean as a whistle, soothing music, and the tech did an outstanding job !!!! Only 3 days in, so dont know how long it’ll last, but for now, I’m thrilled with the results !!!!
