I am a new client who was introduced to Lashful via a Groupon. After the 1st appointment I was told that the follow up appointment for conditioning would need to be in two weeks which I scheduled. Upon leaving the 2nd appointment I questioned what the next procedure (3rd appointment) would entail. I was advised that it would be something “organic” (which I don’t recall the rest) and it would be $85.00 plus, again I don’t remember the exact amount. However, to my surprise at the end of this appointment, I was charged $150.00. As a senior citizen who really doesn’t have money to spend like that, I almost had a heart attack. I questioned the amount and was told that because I came back in 5 weeks rather than 2 weeks was the reason for the charge. I said, “that was never explained to me, nor is it posted anywhere.” I was now being told that 2 weeks would’ve solidified the $85.00 plus, 3 weeks is &100.00 and 5 weeks is $150.00. I thought, who charges weekly for this kind of service? I have no intentions of returning to this establishment ever again. The public relations is poor and communications are worse which is deliberately and conveniently done. This place is a scam and a sham, BEWARE!!

I have to say one of the worst jobs Ive ever received and Ive been doing lashes since 2008. One eye she did not fill completely( I would say about 75%) and the other eye had noticeable gaps. When I addressed it she combed it to the side and said it was fine. I called and emailed pictures they scheduled me 5 days later. I honestly just want them removed and my money back so I can go else where. Very annoyed that not only do I have to walk around with lashes that are so bad but I have also suffered from eye irritation since getting the lashes done. Will update once I go back.

Kim was incredible. The service I received was super perfection! I’ve received lash extensions from a few places and she is the best!!! My lashes never looked so long, dramatic, yet natural! She inspected my lashes and knew what is best for the health of them while selecting what I was looking to get too. The room was so comfortable and the table warmer was so relaxing, and her touch is so gentle I actually fell asleep, which has never happened before ever. It was an outstanding experience! A week later and my lashes are still beautiful ♡♡♡ Coming back for my touch up in a week! I’m thrilled I may have found my lashes place!!!!!

The earliest appointment wasn’t until a week after calling but during that time my voucher was set to expire a day before my scheduled appointment. Nothing was said to me when making the appointment about the voucher not being valid anymore, even though it is something that is completely out of my control is there’s no available appointments during that 7-day period. So a day before my appointment, I get a call and the voucher isn’t allowed to be used. I wish I would’ve known prior to making the appointment in the first place since all of the voucher information was given already. It’s unprofessional and poor customer service. The earliest appointment wasn’t until a week after calling but during that time my voucher was set to expire a day before my scheduled appointment. Won’t ever go back. I gave them a second chance after the manager addressed the situation. I explained to the office I was starting a new job, and the time frame I had to address an issue if it arose was only on a specific day (which they’re closed) and or early.. I called and explained within three days the eyelashes didn’t last and if I can come in at the one week mark, since it was the only day I could manager to match their schedule. I was told if I didn’t come in that day (I worked in an ER) that I would be charged for one week. Mind you, I called after three days. Infuriated I said thank you, but no. Please cancel my 2 weekend “touch up”. They didn’t even listen to that. I explained I wasn’t coming back and the reason a whole other time. Just avoid.

When I called this location after purchasing my groupon to schedule my lashes, I was told there were no openings for at least 3 months, that the studio was closing the following week for 2 full weeks for renovations, and the owner/manager explained they cater not to new clients but to their existing clients. Yes, she actually said that. She explained that new sets take so much time she was unable to schedule an appointment for me. She took my number and said that she would call if she had any openings. That was 7 weeks ago and my groupon will expire in a few days. Shocking – baffling – level of service.

The first time I went they were great. I had someone named Esther and she did a wonderful job and finished the set in about an hour and a half. I went again a couple months later and someone else did them and they were super crooked and some were already falling off. So she tries to fix them again and by this point I had been there for 3 and a half hours. So she said she fixed them and by the time I had gotten home I had already lost 10 of them! Then a week had passed and I lost all but about 4 on my right eye. I never touch them, I don’t sleep on that side and they still fell off. So I went in to have them fixed and they threatened to charge more and told me that I had to leave a tip. I will not be going back here again.

Lashes dont always last. I have had to go back several times, a day after, to get them retouched as it is not a cheap service. I have sensitivities so I ask for sensitive glue and still have a reaction sometimes. The front desk always feels like they are scolding me. I have went a few times and they call literally 2 min after I am supposed to be there which is annoying. Not going back. I have found another place which is much friendlier, provides better service and I never have sensitivities.
