Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo NOT waste your money with this shop! The shop owner who also did my eyelashes is rude and unprofessional. She entertains people while she should be concentrating on what she is doing and when she isn’t talking to people.. she is watching movies on her phone! My eyelashes have mostly fallen out and my eyes look ridiculous! For what you pay and pay upfront please do yourself a favor and go someplace else and not deal with rudeness and cheap products! I had another tech from Crown Point look at my lashes and she said they were poorly done and cheap lashes!! I had to pay to have what I had left removed and a new set put on! Do NOT waste your money with this shop! The shop owner who also did my eyelashes is rude and unprofessional. She entertains people while she should be concentrating on what she is doing and when she isn’t talking to people.. she is watching movies on her phone! I’m a “clean freak” (especially during this time with Covid), and the place itself is VERY clean and sanitized. I’ve been going for about six months and she stays consistent. I am really disappointed in the way my lash tech didn’t show for my appointment ( which was paid in advance ) after waiting 30 minutes someone decided to call her she forgot she had an appointment and then someone else said she would take me but I would have to repay her price .
