I’ve been going to Lily for almost a year. I contacted her about my two week refill. She stated she was out of the country and would ask a friend to do my lashes. It took five days for Lily friend to be available to do my lashes. After getting my lashes done I was charged for a three week refill when I was ready to get my lashes done at my two weeks. I never was informed that she was going out the country as a good customer. I text Lily and told her it was unfair to me as a customer and unprofessional of her being a business person to charge me extra because she’s out of the country and it took additional five days to get her friend to do my lashes. Bad customer service. Very disappointing!
