I am very disappointed in this entire experience. Huge waste of money. I had a full set of eyelashes installed on Oct 1. I was told to text her back if any lashes came off and she would fix them. I followed the instructions precisely but by Oct 3 4-5 had come off. I sent the owner a text on Oct 3 and she said to come back in on Saturday the 8th and she would fix them. I asked what time and she said she would look at her schedule and message me right back. She never responded. On Saturday the 8th, I messaged her asking what time I needed to be there that day. No response. I called the number and it said the number was disconnected. I then sent her an email. No response. I messaged her on her IG and FB as well. No response. I went by the shop. No answer. It is now Oct 15th and I have yet to hear anything back from the owner. By October 8th more than 1/2 the lashes had come off and at this point only about 3 are holding on, which I removed because they look ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time and money.

I had an incredible experience here! I was given a hydrofacial and was educated step by step of how it worked and she answered any questions I had. The space was clean, refreshing, and soothing and comfortable music played the whole time. I did nothing but relax and wake up with a fresher face 🙂
