Critical: QualityMy technician seemed to not know what she was doing. I wanted a deep blue gel nails for an upcoming vacation and was greatly disappointed by the quality of the paint job. I could have painted my nails better. Also, when she was removing my old nails, she injured me three separate times with the drill. My nails are now too injured to get this fixed elsewhere. My technician seemed to not know what she was doing. I wanted a deep blue gel nails for an upcoming vacation and was greatly disappointed by the quality of the paint job. I could have painted my nails better. Also, when she was removing my old nails, she injured me three separate times with the drill. My nails are now too injured to get this fixed elsewhere. I’m sure some of the techs are good, but not mine. Beware!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe manicure I received was too high on the nail and within a week the polish was so high that you could see about 1/4 of an inch of the nail. Plus, the polish popped off the entire nail on one finger and the same happened with one of my toenails. I went back to get this all fixed even if I had to pay a bit more and I was told to wait a few minutes and I would be helped. Everyone there proceeded to ignore me for half an hour so I finally left. The manicure I received was too high on the nail and within a week the polish was so high that you could see about 1/4 of an inch of the nail. Plus, the polish popped off the entire nail on one finger and the same happened with one of my toenails.
