Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValuePhan did a Lash Lift and Tint for my daughter and me. She worked very hard to ensure evenness in lift, curl, and color. The tint is a great alternative to applying mascara daily. However, if I do want to do mascara, the lift makes the mascara have a more dramatic effect. We would definitely do it again!Phan also tinted my eyebrows. I’ve had them done before somewhere else and they were too dark. I’m very happy with what Phan did; they were the perfect color the next day after I washed them (you shouldn’t wash them in the first 24 hours).Last, Ivy waxed my eyebrows. Phan did a Lash Lift and Tint for my daughter and me. She worked very hard to ensure evenness in lift, curl, and color. The tint is a great alternative to applying mascara daily. However, if I do want to do mascara, the lift makes the mascara have a more dramatic effect. We would definitely do it again!

Today I met with Ivy for the first time and I already know I will return to her for all future services! She was so nice, professional and GENTLE with the application- so much so that I even dozed off a little during my appointment, haha. She is also very quick at what she does. The quality of her work way surpasses what I have had done in the past and she’s definitely a gem in the NPR area! I have had my eyelashes done only once before and it was at one of the corporate chain lash studios and I was not super thrilled with how my lashes turned out (on the drive home my eyelashes were already falling out). Today I met with Ivy for the first time and I already know I will return to her for all future services!
