Taylor is hands down the best eyelash technician in the Lansing area, no doubt. Not only is she professional but she makes you feel comfortable during your whole appointment.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came to Taylor when I had made the mistake of doing my own strip eyelashes from the drugstore and ended up ripping out basically all of my real lashes. I entered her salon in tears and it was the beginning of Covid and we had to wear masks and I really needed some thing to pop and my eyes were the only thing that were available to be seen. She made me feel comfortable and I have been going to her for over a year and a half and I am amazed on my confidence level and how much I love my extensions and I literally cannot imagine not having them. Taylor makes me feel at ease, she always listens to any requests I have at each session, and always gives me great instruction on how to take care of them. I came to Taylor when I had made the mistake of doing my own strip eyelashes from the drugstore and ended up ripping out basically all of my real lashes. I entered her salon in tears and it was the beginning of Covid and we had to wear masks and I really needed some thing to pop and my eyes were the only thing that were available to be seen. Taylor and I sat down and we talked about what patterns I liked and what effect I was going for at the start of my first appointment, she explained proper care, and made the overall experience very enjoyable.
