I see a potencial customer who had purchased a Groupon was ‘turned off’ by Lee’s rather direct communications skills. I understand her concerns. I was one of those. But, I persevered with making the appointment, not being terribly enthusiastic about trekking over there, I live in San Francisco. Guess what, Lee is fantastic in her work and professionalism. She is Vietnamese, will not get ‘A’ in English. She is smart and streetwise, but best of all, her eyelash extensions work is A+++. She listens to what you want in how long, how thick, etc. . I tried 3 different salons in SF. Not impressed. Stuck with the last Groupon I bought for Lee’s. Almost ditched it. Glad I did not. I now make the once every 2 months 1-hour+ drive to see Lee to get my eyelashes done, love it. So, give Lee a chance and a try, you would not be sorry.
