My natural lashes are still good and safe as well! I always come out of the studio so happy. Lindsey is AMAZING at what she does. She is so friendly and I truly trust her with my lashes. My natural lashes are still good and safe as well! I always come out of the studio so happy. She has a wide variety of lashes (curl’s and length’s) and always talks to me and helps me decide what would work with my eye’s shape. It’s also very easy to book an appointment with her and she is always on time.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI scheduled an eyelash fill online, and had gotten my extensions put on somewhere else. Lindsay called me the night before my appointment and told me that my appointment would be $90, instead of $60 since she didn’t originally apply my lashes. I understood, and agreed to pay the $90. When I arrived, Lindsay very rudely told me that I would have to pay for a whole new set, because she didn’t want to just fill my lashes, which would cost $150. I explained that I had just bought a new full set a week ago, and wasn’t prepared to pay for another one, since we had agreed on $90. She tried to force me to agree to that, so I just explained that I didn’t want to argue. I would just schedule somewhere else. So she then said that she would give me a weekly fill for $120. I was in desperate need so I reluctantly agreed. She was so angry at me, that she didn’t speak a word to me through the entire appointment! It was extremely awkward, and her co-worker kept coming over to laugh at me, right in my face, while my eyes were closed. After an hour and a half, I said I needed to use the ladies room. She told me that I would mess up her tape, so I couldn’t go, and just needed to hold it. It was a terrible experience!! Now it is 3 days later, and practically all of my extensions are already gone!! I was completely taken advantage of, and will never ever go there again! I am so disappointed and upset! I scheduled an eyelash fill online, and had gotten my extensions put on somewhere else. Lindsay called me the night before my appointment and told me that my appointment would be $90, instead of $60 since she didn’t originally apply my lashes. I understood, and agreed to pay the $90.
