Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityVERY UNHAPPY! I wanted to cry both times I left that place. I wanted to try Lashes By Layci so bad that I came here with high expectations. There was no good communication at all and lots of misunderstandings! The first time I went we had finished with my lashes and I looked in the mirror, I did not like what I got and I’ve had extensions in before and looked amazing. I come in a second time so they could redo my lashes and the lady tells me she could not fix them all because she only had 30 minutes. Then why schedule me in the first place? Seems to me she was more worried about her other clients than making sure I was happy and got what I wanted. After it was already hard enough to admit in an email how bad I felt in my lashes the first time. I was charged extra and for what, still didn’t get what I paid for. VERY UNHAPPY! I wanted to cry both times I left that place. I wanted to try Lashes By Layci so bad that I came here with high expectations. There was no good communication at all and lots of misunderstandings! The staff was unprofessional and were gossiping about previous clients. They did a pretty good job on micro blading however the filthy salon and the gossiping staff really ruined the experience. The establishment was very dirty. The floors needed to be cleaned and you could see the dirt around the corners and walls. The staff was unprofessional and were gossiping about previous clients. They did a pretty good job on micro blading however the filthy salon and the gossiping staff really ruined the experience.
