First off, just walking into the salon it’s so welcoming! The girls are all so nice and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I’ve gotten my lashes done before but within a few days one of my eyes was practically bald… made me want to never get them done again. Then I asked for alternatives that would make my lashes still pop and Gab told me to try the lift with tint… so I did and I love them!! Kaitlyn was so sweet too and Gabs energy is unmatched! Would definitely recommend!

Recently moved to the area and was looking a new lash technician. I found this place on google and decided to give it a try. The lashes were ok but do-able. However the deposit policy is horrible. I made appointments over the phone and was never charged however if I ever had to cancel or change they would charge me after the fact without notice. I asked for my card info to not be saved and was assured that it wouldn’t but somehow someway I was still charged AND THEN told I can’t use my deposit for my future appointment even tho someone told me I could. It’s always one thing or another with this shop. They need better management.

After receiving terrible service I was contacted by this place in exchange for a free set to fix the issue I would have to take down the bad review. I then dealt with an ill mom and couldn’t get the set right away. I had contacted them regarding said set a couple weeks later that they offered and was told I had a week timeframe to take it down and the sets not available anymore and “they’re not the salon for me”. Obviously they don’t actually care about their clients ONLY their reputation. Don’t delete your bad reviews in exchange for a free service. People need to see them and determine for themselves if they wanna goto this chop shop.

I’ve been going to Lashes by Gab since 2019 and have never had a bad service. I have since moved twice and now live in Philadelphia but still travel to Lehigh Valley for my lashes. The quality of work I pay for are well worth the drive. When you go to the best, you truly get the best. Gabriella is beyond accommodating to her clients. She makes sure the ladies she hires are well above par so that when she isn’t available I get have my lashes done and not miss a beat. I’ve loved watching Lashes by Gab grow and excited to now have a Center Valley location!
