I drive 30-40 minutes just to get my nails and lashes done here. They always exceed my expectations. Kenna was always my regular nail tech but now that her days have changed I know I can trust anyone else to do my nails there too. Shoutout to Kevin for making my Elton John concert nails come to life yesterday! I am attending Elton John’s concert next weekend and his work exceeded my expectations, I could not be more happy with them. Also Ashley and the other lash tech always do a fantastic job as well. Thank you guys for being awesome 🙂

Typically I love this place but I won’t be going back. 1 month ago I went and got a fill with french tip and chrome rub and it was $60. It took a while but that was understandable because the shape was changed. Well this time I went again and got the same exact thing and they told me the total was $72. $12 extra for chrome rub AFTER my nails were done. If they would have told me this before I got my nails done I wouldn’t have gotten the chrome rub. And get this the price of chrome rub wasn’t even on the menu. A fill should never be over $60. And then to not have the price shown but expect me to pay is not good customer service. They need to do better.

So I don’t normally do reviews, but my experience was so bad I am. It’s sad because this was my birthday present to myself. Actually from the beginning of entering. I went up to where I normally do. And a rude woman grossly eating asked what I wanted. Then I told her, and she made fun of the way I said it, the rude woman then walks to the back and hear her make fun of me. LITERALLY MAKING FUN OF WHAT I JUST SAID! How unprofessional? Luckily she wasn’t the one providing me service, but she was my first interaction of the day and it really set it up bad. I asked for a manicure and sip with tips, and pedicure. My fingers were never soaked and cuticles never cut no nothing, they were just immediately taken to with the drill. And I needed the manicure because my fingers needed some help (which I mentioned at the beginning). Now since I knew I needed that, and it didn’t get done my nails actually look terrible to me. I hate them a lot. Then to the pedicure. The water was no where near warm more like cold (and I prefer it be sizzling) that’s fine I’ll deal. But then as she’s going in on my toes, she proceeds to cut my big toe. And then files over it, I’m flinching in pain, excruciating pain, and she never asked if I was okay. I actually looked at the cut when I got home because I could barely walk and it was a nice deep one, but I was able to patch it up, but was still in pain walking for the next two days while it healed.

I was visiting the area (from Seattle) searching for a place to get my nails done. I randomly stopped here and I’m glad I did! It was by far the best gel manicure I’ve ever had. The tech was friendly and talkative, and the polish lasted 4 weeks! The technique used was different than I’d ever seen, but it proved to be successful.

This salon is very nice looking and clean but I highly do not recommend getting the French tip dip nails. The first time I got it done they looked good but were cracking and chipping within a few days, so I called to come back in and have them fixed which was handled very nicely. Went back in a few days later for a whole new set with a different person and the same thing happens a few days later. The dip didn’t even last a week. Went to a different salon in Pace and my nails have lasted me over 3 weeks. I’m not sure if it’s their products or what but I don’t recommend that service here.

Very well ventilated here. First experience I came by myself and it was great. My nails looked exactly how I like. Second time I took a group of girls with me and had reservations well in advance. Reservations were great and they had plenty of people to take care of us. However the woman who took care me had an attitude. She had something to say about everything and was snooty with me. My mom paid for my nails and asked for the same discount I got the first time I was there (student) and they said they couldn’t do it. Turns out they only do that on certain days so that made sense. The woman doing my nails then muttered under her breath how my mom should be appreciative that she didn’t charge for a design (my one nail was a different color than the rest). My nails looked great and turned out just how I asked but didn’t appreciate the attitude.

Lashes and Nails Bar was a wonderful experience for me, my mother, and my sister as well celebrated Mothers Day but also my sister got her wedding nails done. She was exceptionally happy with the staff and the staff was very nice and polite to us and made her feel at home and gave my mom and my sister “the best pedi of their life”. I loved my nude almond shaped nails and my French pedi as well! Will go back again for sure .

Love this place. Friendly, prompt, attentive, and affordable are four words that describe the Lashes and Nail Bar of Pensacola Florida. I enjoy going with friends and family to spend an afternoon getting pampered. When giving a gift card, I even include the tip so the recipient is worry free and can just enjoy their time getting pampered too. I highly recommend the Lashes and Nail Bar.
