Lashes and Locks is owned by Sara Peters. Sara has been a Hairstylist for over 15 years and is a Certified Lash Artist. Sara has a full clientele. She works Mondays-Thursdays. Vickie Butcher has been a Hairstylist for 15 years. Vickie has managed salons in the area. She is accepting new clients. Vickie works Part time on Saturdays and Wednesday’s Sara and Vickie met 17 years ago at cosmetology school. We work privately one on one with our clients at lashes and Locks. Located right behind/beside Stomping Grounds Coffee.
