What can I say about Chelsea? — She’s fabulous!!! I have been going to Chelsea for volume lashes for over 2 years now, and I love her work. Her office is beyond clean and organized, and her work itself is so meticulously done to perfection. Her prices are beyond reasonable and affordable.
