I’ve gone here a couple times to get my lashes done with Jenn. The salon is super clean and decorated nice, great atmosphere. The girls are all very sweet and professional. I love how my lashes turn out every time!! By far my favorite place to get my lashes done❤️❤️

I debated back and forth on whether or not I was going to leave a review because the main tech I saw regularly (Ivon) did a great job on my lashes and I never had an issue with her. The reason I stopped coming here to get my lashes done were for a few reasons. I’ve been getting my lashes done for almost 4 years now and my normal lash tech moved out to Boston so I decided to go here. The first thing I noticed was that my retention was a lot worse than before even with proper aftercare. Normally I get a hybrid fill that lasts me at least 2.5 weeks. I noticed here they lasted about a week no matter the tech so I had to go back often for fills which can be expensive. The second reason I left was because I had an appointment at 5pm, arrived for 4:45 and was not seen until 6pm with only a heads up about being late 5 minutes before my visit when I was already waiting in my car. I only stayed because that was the only day I could get a fill. The third reason was that not once, not twice, but 3 times there were technical difficulties with their site and I was able to book appointments that weren’t actually available. The issue I had was that the first 2 times I was never even offered my deposit back. I only said something the third time because it was starting to add up, I couldn’t afford to put down deposits for appointments that shouldn’t even have been available to book. I totally understand technical difficulties and that they are out of most people’s hands but I that is also not my fault. When I kept asking for my deposit back that third time it was like pulling teeth. I did not want to reschedule because at that point I already decided after all the things before that I’d get my lashes done elsewhere. I finally got that one deposit back without an apology or anything after asking and explaining that I didn’t want to reschedule, I just wanted my deposit back. Not even my deposits from the first 2 times this happened, just the last time. This was just my experience here. I’m sure it doesn’t apply to everyone who goes/has gotten their lashes done there.

I can’t imagine letting anyone else do my lashes! Jenn is the best around, I’ve been going to her for years now! The quality of her work is unbeatable and they last longer then your average lashes ever would! Love the vibe very clean , professional and the set up. Jen is always willing to accommodate to work with my schedule to get me early everytime, besides her taking her time in doing my lashes, I love the quality once she is finished. I absolutely loved it here. Months before coming here, I had my lashes done elsewhere and they bothered me a ton & it felt like they were poking my eyes. I was just uncomfortable all the time and I thought that is just what lashes feel like. When I came to lashed by Jlo, I couldn’t believe that my lashes felt so comfortable and nice !! They looked so nice & full, and the application process was comfortable. Sareena didn’t rush and made sure I was comfy before starting. I’ll be coming here again

Jenn is an amazing lash artist! Her work is unmatched! The atmosphere is always perfect I tend to fall asleep during my appointments. She works diligently, safe and clean. She doesn’t over do the lashes if she knows your lashes can’t handle it. She’s trustworthy and down to earth!
