Savannah was kind, professional and paid great attention to every tiny detail. I wanted natural looking lashes that were just more full and dark so I didn’t have to do my makeup. She recommended the classic set and they stayed on a week longer than any past lash service I’ve had. Pauline did my fill when Savannah wasn’t available. I reached out and they did give me a complimentary fill. However now that all of them have fell off, I noticed there are gaps within my natural lashes. I went in to get eyelash extensions and they didn’t do such a good job. Two days later a lot of lashes started to fall off. I reached out and they did give me a complimentary fill. I am infuriated by this place. I spent nearly $200 on lashes that I am NOT happy with. I gave these lashes a few hours (like 2 hours) to set in and see if I was happy. No! I tried to reach out to them to get my lashes fixed-I got no response or any help. I was finally able to reach them and was told that I either deal with it for 2 weeks or they would only wave the removal fee and I would have to pay for ANOTHER full set!!!! And this was from the manager. I’m so upset I could cry. Never again. Never.

My beautiful wife got her eyelashes done by Jessica. Jessica is a true professional. I couldn’t stop looking at my wife’s eyes. The eyelashes looked very natural. I could tell that my wife loved them, too. She is already a very confident person, but there was something else that added to the confidence. I guess if you know you look good, you flaunt it.
