At first when coming to this place and meeting the owner, I had a great experience. She did a great job on my lashes. I made my second appointment with her 2 weeks out, specifically for the day before my vacation. I showed up to find another technician there working on a client and casually told me Viktoria wasn’t there and that she tried calling me. I doubled checked my phone and there were no missed calls or texts from her. The technician agreed she should have reached out and didn’t know what else to say. I never received any follow up with her afterwards and she went completely silent. I don’t think this is a way to do business. I completely understand that things come up, especially with kids, but call and let your customers know. Maybe she called the wrong person. Her employee I’m sure let her know I was upset. She could have followed up with me afterwards to show some professionalism. Why take the time to fill out all the paperwork? Very disappointing! Try House of Lashes Face and Brow Boutique! Eve saved me last minute and was extremely professional and my lashes looked amazing!
