The first time was a ok experience, but my lashes started to fall off on the 6/7 day. my 2nd appointment was set with the technician I used the first time. I got a call that afternoon asking if I can change my appointment from 4 pm to 3 pm. when I get there they 10 minutes late and it’s another lash technician. I explained that I didn’t want another technician and to reschedule me. The rude receptionist said it’s a late cancellation I’ll have to charge $30! this is a scam! Bad service and communication! it’s ghetto …. very loud music, no privacy and it stinks. i see why they got 2 stars … this place doesn’t deserve to be in businesses .

The people seemed to be really nice. Every employees lashes are on point, & looks great of course…. HOWEVER, IT’S ONLY TO PROMOTE SPENDING MORE $$$!! The young lady at the counter informed me of the set of lashes she had, and because they looked good I upgraded to that selection. Low and behold it was the bait and switch. When my lashes were done it looked nothing like the young ladys’ at the counter nor the picture(s). She tried to explain some trained speech about the shape of a person’s eyes and whatever rehearsed spill she tells those who are foolish enough to believe it. It was an overall painless experience,but it is not what I expected I’m dissatisfied with the end results. I came home and looked down and there was at least a dozen lashes on my shirt…..Day 2 I have all of 5 eyelashes! Had an appointment to get it fixed, but I will not go back to a place that used cheap materials. It’s cruel, unprofessional and prejudice for Lash Vegas be selective about which customer gets the good product and great service. I WILL NOT BE BACK NOR DO I RECOMMEND

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for years! Kiran does such a great job! We’ve talked about how I like them to look- like I have an amazing mascara on and not fake (which she’s done- I get asked all the time what mascara I’m using). I highly recommend Lash Vegas!

A big trick with their deal in Groupon…. It’s very clear that you can buy up to 3 times per person… And she’s talking about their policy… Make it clear to Groupon not a false information for the deal… Why will I buy for somebody to use it… Just tell there one per person.. And they just did mine like 20 minutes like nothing going on with the eyelashes when she sees it’s from Groupon last time…. Never come over a big joke deal!!!! Don’t put your deal In Groupon it’s very tricky or close your place …Waste of time !
