Super nice atmosphere with kind staff. I got lashes done here a couple times, and i just want to point out a super nice interaction i had with Araceli, i walked out the shop after my appointment and realized i wanted more lashes at the end of my eye and asked if she could add more, front receptionist and tech was super nice about it and made sure i was happy with the service before i left. 10/10 recommend!!

I waited until the second time I got my lashes done to submit this review. First experience was amazing. Just finished week 1 of my second full set of lashes from here. Not one lash has fallen from my new set! I will no longer bounce around from lash artist to artist, I have a new lash home!

Such a great establishment and the techs are so professional . Although I think the automated text reminders could be more timely and worded more pleasant excluding exclamation marks to express your point and also allow customers proper time to reply to your texts within the 24 hrs before threatening to cancel their appointments via text and also charging the 25.00 to their card. So basically my appointment is at 9 am tomorrow and you send me a reminder text to confirm today at 10 am and you threatened to cancel my appointment if I dont reply within an hour of sending the text. So if I did cancel I’m still gonna be charged and if I didn’t confirm your also still gonna charge me . You blamed the automated system for using rude grammar which is the same system that also texts people and hold real people conversation. staff is great and professional at what they do . The owner can use some customer service skills on dealing with people , not everybody black is rude and not all of us are argumentative . From one business owner to another “ fix your shady policy “ when you knew I was black with a concern you automatically assumed I was arguing . Stereotyping me before you heard my concern .

I have debated leaving a review because it’s been a few months since my experience, but I figured it would help them as a business if they could fix the issue for future customers. The customer service was great and the sessions was relaxing. I had my lashes done by them and requested to have them just a little more than the most natural look. I had to get them fixed 3 days after my appointment due to several falling off. They kept falling out and I realized that I had only seen fan lashes (big clumps of multiple lashes in one). This not normal. I had to get them removed a week after having them fixed because they were too heavy and looked terrible due to such big gaps every time one of the fans would fall off. The tech who removed them at a different salon told me they only used fans on all of my lashes and said they absolutely should have not done this, especially for what I asked for. She said the glue was also weird and hard to get off.
