The lighting and wall color is gorgeous and very soothing. Most importantly was they end result, my leashes are stunning! She took her time and did a phenomenal job. I got my lashes done for a vacation and they not only held up but 2.5 weeks later they still look fresh. I have never had such a wow experience with my lashes as I did with Roe! First impressions of her space is that it’s very elegant! The lighting and wall color is gorgeous and very soothing. Most importantly was they end result, my leashes are stunning! She took her time and did a phenomenal job. I got my lashes done for a vacation and they not only held up but 2.5 weeks later they still look fresh. I truly have never had a better experience and I look forward to a return visit!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueUpdate 9 month later: I’ve learned to apply my own lash extensions for under $5 and it lasts way longer than “the lash surgeon”. LOL. I suggest her to change her business name to not confuse anybody who’s willing to pay near $300for something that last only a few days.Let’s start with some basics. The lash extensions are supposed to be attached to my lash itself and should last as long as the natural growth cycle – about six weeks.Well, in about just 10 days – that’s less than two weeks, more than half of the lash extensions fell off, while my natural lashes did not.So at that time I looked half bald, Like a wild turkey!!!Now 4 week in, I have 2 SINGLE lashes left, look like a halloween character with 2 SINGLE long lashes poking out of my short lashes. Totally horrifying!Contacted this woman who is supposed to be the owner and the worker who applied the lash extensions on me, and went back and forth multiple times about her poor quality of work. She seemed to offer (through vague language ) half the refund.After my pointing out the full failure of her work and failure at consultation (she should’ve pointed out if I was not a candidate of here work or she could not deliver the promised service). it seemed to a point that she would issue my refund.NOPE. No refund at all.I had to jump through many hoops to get my financial institute involved to dispute her BAD eyelash extension service and WORST customer service. Of course my financial institute agreed with me!!! I clearly know all that can go wrong if you’re ever put in the hands of somebody that isn’t educated properly on sanitation and application of eyelash extensions. I did my research like crazy and came across Lash Surgeon.I went to Roe for the first time about a month ago and I’ve had one fill since then. All I can say is WOW. She has such a soft touch, it barely feels like she is lashing you.The lashing bed is extremely comfortable, the room is very clean and sanitized.She also does training, and I plan on doing continuing education through her.
