Critical: Professionalismwhen I finally found their office, did not look clean or nice at all… Shoddy location. This is the most unprofessional business. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance. The morning of the appointment I got a text from the technician to confirm. Apparently after I confirm she sent me “instructions“. When I got to the location, I couldn’t find the technician or anyone and kept calling the business number which nobody answered. I went to another location half a mile away thinking maybe I had the wrong place, apparently this was their old location and there was nobody there. I called again and still no answer. I went back to the first location and finally tried texting the technician’s Number from that morning. I finally found her and was treated like it was my fault for not calling her number and (instead calling the business number like a normal person) i’m told she couldn’t do my service since I was “20 minutes late“. This is just one person booking for a bunch of subcontractors who have no idea what the other is doing.
