I believe the workers here are very friendly and I had a great experience the first time I came in June, as you can see in the before and after photo! However, I just had an appointment today and requested the same tech from last time and wasn’t satisfied with the results. I have straight lashes that point down and it was barely lifted, which is seen in the other photo. I felt very bad to call and let the salon know that I wasn’t satisfied and asked if I could come in so they can take a look to see if there’s anything else they could do to fix this. They said I would have to wait a couple weeks so my lashes wouldn’t be damaged from the product they used, which I understand. However, I got my lashes done for my vacation coming up and felt very dissatisfied as there was barely a difference. I then asked to receive a refund and offered for my tech to keep her tip since I took up her time, however I was told that since I signed their policy I am unable to receive a refund. I take care of my lashes and only get them done once or twice a year and my tech even said that my lashes are healthy. The photo was taken not even a hour after my appointment was finished so they hadn’t gotten wet. I feel like I was cheated out of almost $80 for my lashes to look the same! I am very disappointed with my service and their inability to refund even though I wasn’t satisfied. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon due to the inconsistency of their work and the inability to correct their errors.

This is the best place to get your lashes done. All of the staff are highly skilled and do a great job. My lashes always look great and they last really well. I’ve went to other lash salons and they shed and fell of much more quickly and unevenly. I’ve also had my brows done by Jordana who is the best! I do the shaping lamination and tint. My brows are completely transformed when I leave. The salon is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend this salon!!

Justina is amazing!! You can never go wrong with her. She is super fast and always on point with her work!! From classic to big and Boujee your always satisfied. The salon is super cute and always extremely clean. The reclining chairs also help with laying down and not hurting your back. if you’re looking for a good lash tech and A Nice spot to go to lash Paradise salon is your place.

I have gone to several other salons/ techs for eyelash extensions and just was never satisfied for one reason or another at each place. After finding these girls I will never let anyone touch my eyelashes again! They last so much longer, the product seems like such a better quality and they are so knowledgeable! And a plus, the place is so clean/ cute and all of the staff is so friendly and professional. If you go anywhere else you are truly missing out!

I’ve been going to Tori for years and trust all her employees when Tori isn’t available. I am always happy when I leave the salon. this is the only place i will get my lash extensions done at. It’s so aesthetically perfect, super clean, and you’re always greeted warmly with a smile. I see Justina every couple of weeks and she does the most amazing job. I always leave satisfied and feeling great, and i always get compliments about my lashes. She is THE BEST, easy going, and she makes you feel so comfortable.
