Made an appointment about one hour in advance. I realized this is cutting it close so I scoured the website for a phone number to call to make sure they were there, but there’s no number on the website. So I made the appointment. 10 mins before it was supposed to start I get a text from someone saying they’ve “left out” for the day and asked if I would like to reschedule for the next day. I said no and that I had left work early specifically for the appointment. I didn’t even get an apology. Hilarious that appointments require $20 deposit when in fact they are the ones who can’t be depended on to show up.

Let me start off by saying black owned business, so friendly and professional the young lady makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, the music and the energy was so amazing, she told me what facial products to use moisturizer with spf and some toner & I thought i needed some major changes, thank god. My face looked and felt amazing I had a glow when I went to my family outing with so many compliments. She has a customer for life, facials, lashes I want her to do it all from now on. Thank you so much I will definitely return again.

Dominique did my lashes very rushed and a few were going different directions and they were not filled in completely. It’s dim in that basement so I didn’t notice right away. I text her about the situation and she wasn’t able to accommodate me to fix the situation as she only responded to 1 text and ignored the other and did not care to fix the situation. I thought I’d try her 1 more time and asked to upgrade from volume to hybrid and she pretty much gave me volume still but charged hybrid price. I try to support black businesses but things like this make me stray away from them. I will never go to her again and will not recommend

I’ve been going to Lashes out loud for facials for the last six months. I finally found my go to place for facials. Dominique is very knowledgeable and is honest with me if I ask about a treatment and she doesn’t think it’s right for me. She is always friendly, helpful and professional. She honors the Groupon price for her facials and lashes so before you purchase a Groupon make sure you go to her website to see what her specials are. Not only does she take the time to give me an amazing facial but she has all these little add on’s at very reasonable prices. I’ve been getting The eye brightening treatment the last two times and I can notice a difference in the dark circles under my eyes. I believe the cost was between $10-15. It’s so nice to see a difference in my skin as I am 62 years old and receive compliments that I look so good for my age. All I can say is thank you Dominique

A friend recommended me to this spa a few months ago and although it is an hour away from my location it was worth the drive. I first came for my lashes and was in love with the way they came out. I’ve since then also came for facials, waxing and for my eyebrows. If you need any beauty or skin care needs this is the place! Ask for Dominique!

5 outta 5! Dominque is VERY multitalented! She will take care of you from head to toe. With every appointment I’ve had I’ve learned something to benefit me and in a natural way. I forget my lashes aren’t mine they look so natural. Waxing had minimal pain. I will definitely be a long term customer! Check her out!
