She was happy to answer any questions I had, but she didn’t really explain what she was doing on the first try. She also didn’t tell me when she was going to stop, or if she needed to stop at all.

Cindy did my lashes. She was polite and speedy but it was hard to communicate with her regarding what I wanted. I told her I wanted a classic look with only a single lash extension per natural lash. We looked at pictures to identify the shape and she then did a hybrid approach which was way too heavy. Also many lashes fell out within the first few days, none of which were attached to a natural lash. There’s also thick pieces of glue I can feel at the base of the lash. Overall these weren’t awful but definitely not what I wanted and I won’t be back.
