Shanty did amazing on my brows. I get brow waxing and tinting. My eyebrows are a bit difficult but Shanty has always made my eyebrows on point. Also, the receptionist was also very welcoming and friendly. I was treated very well and they provide fantastic service. The vibe when you walk in feels like your hanging with old friends. I will continue to come here.

This is the first time I get my lashs done. I was very nervous, but i did my research well. I came in for a lash Lift. My lash technician Jade was very reassuring and was giving me tips and suggestion for my lashes. I really like her work and how my lashes turned out. up to this day my lashes are still lifted and have the curve shaping like if i just used my eye lash curler. (mind you this is day 3.) i am interested in the services she suggest. I’m definitely looking forward to come back here again. I think i just found my lash tech.

The worst costumer service ever! The first time I booked, they harassed me into coming in earlier, and ended up canceling the appointment. I decided to give them another chance and they called, texted and emailed me and asked if I can come in when I get off of work, when my app was for the next day. The owner was very rude, and she tried to make the receptionist do them. Then, they wanted to charge me $25 extra for having on mascara when that wasn’t my original app date. I try to support local businesses, but DONT BOTHER!

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with no luck. What’s on the site doesn’t reflect what’s available. The first appointment I scheduled was cancelled by them and they called me to reschedule but the girl didn’t know next available times and had an attitude when I asked. But we worked it out. The rescheduled appointment was also cancelled last minute and then rescheduled for me about 3 days later. I confirmed after I got a 6am reminder text only to have them cancel me with no notice or call, 3hrs before. I try to call and there’s no answer, ever. It’s a headache and I really wanted to give them another a chance but this is truly terrible service.

I was taken as a walk-in to get my eyebrows with tinting done and introduced to Ms Shanti. She is very professional and confident about her craft, which makes you feel like you’re in good hands. She took the time to explain each step while adding humor in the mix. When I am back in NY I will definitely visit LOL again. Thank you for making my experience a good one.
